Alpha Brewing Operations – Beverage Cannon II Filler (10-fill / 2 seam) and Canhusker auto-depalletizer. Installed mid-2022. We expanded and needed a faster rotary line. Less than 12 months of operation.

Rated from the OEM to run 100 cans per minute. We ran at 80 cans per minute daily.

• Dual lane system with built in redundancy (one side can run if the other is inoperable)
• Change parts for standard and sleek body (filler)
• Twist rinse for 12oz sleek, 8oz sleek
• Seamer tooled for 202 B64 ends
• 2 high capacity lid magazines. Each magazine holds 4 sleeves of lids
• In-line check weigher
• In-line reject station
• Rinse station
• Spare parts package

The line is in warehouse storage after being removed from operation in May 2023.
