Description

The Conveyor is designed to carry containers through a packaging line for various operations. It can be built to work in either direction with the motor located on front or rear of the line depending on requirements. Designed for containers from 1” to over 6” in width with adjustable bracket and rail system.

- 304 Stainless-Steel frame for durability and long life.
- Designed for full washdown capability.
- Includes UHMW wear strips and roller bearing returns for reduced drag and quiet operation.
- Offset rail brackets for easier cleaning and reduced spill accumulation areas.
- Includes 4 leveling pads for final installation flexibility.
- Aluminum alloy, Vari-speed 3 phase AC Motor and gearbox for reduced maintenance and long life.
- NEMA 4 control box with on/off switch and rotary speed adjustment.
- 36” height +/- 2”

- Industrial control panel with individual drive components and an E-stop button.
- Drip pans and H-frame legs for spill and wash-down management.
