Description

This is a World Cup rotary filler. It was used for less than a year, until we upgraded to a larger filler, and has been stored indoors off the line since.

Tooling is for a 75mm cup (we used the AP375 from Winpak) and a 79mm lid.

The filler is rated to do 40 cups/minute. It can run that fast or even a little faster, all depending on the product being ran. We used it to hot fill applesauce cups, and typically kept the speed at about 35 cups/minute.

The filler is on castors and can be moved around easily.

The hopper has a 5-gallon capacity.
