Description
Made by a careful, excellent machinist in 2010. Stainless steel parts that come into contact with the cheese. Can press from 5 to 50 lbs of cheese up to 60 PSI.

Uses food grade oil in the pressure cylinders. There are 5 cylinders and a number of followers. The cylinders are stainless steel and there are mesh bags that line the cylinders to allow for easy removal of the cheese rolls. There is a drain pipe and a hydraulic handle for pumping up the pressure. One can hook all the cylinders together or turn off all but one or whatever number desired.

Cost was 15,000. Will sell for 7,000 if it is picked up here at farm but shipping costs will be added otherwise.
