4 lane Powell grading line, built in 2000. Mechanicals rebuilt in 2023. New electronics in 2024 to include the latest external defect detection, color and weight sorting with 20 drops. Electronics are Biometic. New line controls in 2023 include central dashboard controls for automated dumping, temperature controlled dryer, drop displays, end of line automation control, variable speed controls for all major drives, data collection and remote monitoring. Up to 16 bins per hour throughput.
This listing does not include the 8 station rotary poucher, powell baggers or bin filler. They are all for sale just not in this listing.
This listing does include everything from the bin dumper through the reflow and rotary tables.
The rolling carts, shelves, powered conveyors, reflow and bag return belts are all included.
We can assist with rigging and loading for free. Electrical and mechanical disassembly can be provided for a fee.
