Description

Pharmaceutical grade mixer/granulator by jaygo, model "nova mix" nx-24, serial # 2701. Features all stainless steel construction with mirror finish on interior and exterior of mixing chamber, 24 liter/6.3 gallon capacity in tulip shaped mixing chamber, 13" diameter x 14. 5" deep, jacketed body is rated for 60 psi @ 175 degrees f and tested to 90 psi, jacket volume is 0.8 gallons, internal temperature probe, dual mixing action with main impeller driven by 5.5 kw/7.5 horsepower eurodrive motor with 300 to 1500 rpm blade speed, breaker agitator is direct driven by 3 kw/4 horsepower drive at speeds from 350 to 3000 rpm, hinged flat top with sight glass, 1.5" & 2" inlets with tri clamp connections, locking safety cable prevents opening with out key, flush seating 3.5" id plug style air operated discharge valve with top hinged service door with large sight glass and safety lock, discharge is 4" x 4" with safety grate, 20" floor clearance and 9.5" od - 8 bolt flanged connection, mixer brim height is 43", vertical measurements are taken less threaded floor leveling legs, includes factory control panel for 220/3 phase service and includes, variable speed controls on both drives with digital speed readouts, power indicators, product temperature readout, safety key lock station and resets on both drives. Formerly used in branded cosmetic service.
